Returns Process

Sometimes, you may have leftover medicines for various reasons, like changes in your prescription or not needing as much as expected. But please note, according to NHS rules, we can’t accept returns in person at our pharmacy.

Instead, just give us a call or send an email, and we’ll help you with the return process. Depending on the situation, we might even provide special packaging for safe returns.

Remember, you can return unwanted medicines to any pharmacy. If you’re unsure where to find a pharmacy nearby, just search “Pharmacy” on Google Maps.

To return unwanted medication to our pharmacy you will need to phone the pharmacy first. Our team will then assess the most appropriate method for your return and provide you with additional information and support as required.

Keep in mind, prescription medications can’t be returned or exchanged due to safety and legal reasons. But if you have any concerns about your prescription, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

And if you receive a product that’s defective or damaged, let us know within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, covering any shipping costs.
